EVENT PRODUCER & PROJECT MANAGER

Melissa event produced and project managed Woolmark’s, International Woolmark Prize Presentation, Show and Awards for London Fashion Week 2020. Working for creative agency Superimpose, Melissa led the project for the agency helping develop creative, source a sound scape artist, budget management, venue sourcing and hiring a production partner, Family ltd, to help bring the creative to life.

The International Woolmark Prize is the annual event that showcases creativity and innovation in the global fashion industry, shining the spotlight on one key ingredient: Australian Merino wool.

The 2020 line up included: A-COLD-WALL*, BLINDNESS, BODE, BOTTER, FENG CHEN WANG, GmbH, LUDOVIC DE SAINT SERNIN, MATTHEW ADAMS DOLAN, NAMACHEKO, RICHARD MALONE

Judging the awards were renowned Fashion experts including Tim Blanks, Edward Enninful, Kim Jones, Takashi Murakami, Hamish Bowles, Holli Rogers, Anja Rubij, Shaway Yeh. The Fashion Shows production featured a live relay feed on a 9m wide LED wall and a music composition by award winning composer Mira Calix.
